Calling for experienced classical piano teachers around the world to join us!

We are Liberty Park Music, a Singapore start-up company that teaches music through online video tutorials. We offer lessons on piano, guitar, drums, and theory.  Students come to our website and access high quality videos, supplemented by materials like downloadable worksheets and online quizzes.  We continue to develop our platform to make the learning experience better and more interactive.

We are looking for classical piano teachers to join us and teach piano online covering all levels from beginner to advanced.

The classical piano teachers will work with the team to develop a course syllabus and create video lessons regularly.  It’s a part-time position with flexible schedule, but regular and on-time delivery is crucial.  Long-term collaboration is preferred.

We have a great team building lesson content, handling design and editing, and developing the web site.  We are now inviting talented and enthusiastic musicians to join us, from wherever in the world they happen to be based.  Successful candidates will be trained to deliver lessons through video and will then be responsible for developing and recording content committing a minimum of four hours a week.

Key responsibilities (subject to change, based on the project scope mutually agreed)

• Design a course syllabus from scratch (collaboratively with team)
• Plan and record video lessons
• Prepare supplementary files (worksheets, music examples, etc) to support video
• Help review video drafts
• Participate in team meetings (monthly)

Skills, experiences, and other requirements

• Excellent musicianship
• Experienced in teaching and strongly interested in digital learning
• Great command in English to give an engaging lesson
• Comfortable working with recording equipment and being filmed.
• Able to meet deadlines and communicate openly
• Able to deliver lessons regularly
• Interested in start-up work environment with a can-do spirit
